Guest guest
It's almost half a year since my abdominal myomectomy and I find that I still have the same symptoms. This would suggest that there is some problem that still hasn't been found and fixed. Maybe it's the little fibroids they left in me, or maybe it's something else. You can imagine how this makes me feel. It's a good idea to have a look at other possible causes of symptoms, even if you know you have fibroids. A conversation with your gynaecologist and GP could confirm that some of these won't be the problem. Such a conversation might also remind the GP to consider another possibility. The time spent asking and considering this would be well spent. For instance, although we know fibroids cause certain symptoms, are the fibroids that you have in the position that would cause such a symptom? *Le sigh* Aztek
