Guest guest
Hi everyone: I finished reading Dr. Lee's book entitled " What your doctor didn't tell you about pre-menapause. " He mentions that estrogen dominent women often lack adequate progesterone because of the overbalance of the hormones (estrogen). He recommends women who are estrogen dominant (estrogen dominence causes fibroid growth) to use topical progesterone cream which is absored transdermally through the skin. The progesterone is to help with bloating, tiredness, headaches, etc. I began using a natural progesterone cream in the hopes it will bring my hormones into balance. I am not in menopause. Does anyone from the group have information on the progesterone cream? Did it help? Any info and feedback on this would be appreciated. Thanks Jeanne
