Guest guest Posted March 12, 2004 Report Share Posted March 12, 2004 Dear Ladies of the List, The Society for Interventional Radiology has an upcoming conference scheduled at the end of this month and, lo and behold, it looks like the National Uterine Fibroids Foundation may be able to be an exhibitor at this event. However....there is a catch...the booth must ALWAYS have a representative present whenever the Exhibit Hall is open. I can't do this alone ladies. I desperately need the help of YOU!!! The conference runs March 26 - 29 and the hours of the Exhibit hall are: Friday, March 26, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm* Saturday, March 27, 9:30 am - 7:00 pm* (includes Technical Exhibit Hall " Open House " Reception) Sunday, March 28, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm* Monday, March 29, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm* If you live in the Phoenix area and can volunteer for assisting me in keeping the booth fully occupied with representatives of NUFF at all times, please email me ASAP! Of course, for your time and effort...NUFF will be happy to provide you with a NUFF shirt, coffee mug, and whatever additional trinkets I can pull up from Cafe Press on short notice! It's not much...but you could also consider it a chance to meet quite a few of those interventional radiologists performing UFE that you've only read about previously.... I recognize this is very short notice, but I wasn't really certain I would be attending this conference at all this year due to health problems sustained from the car accident I was in back in December. However, it does look like manual physical therapy has been quite successful and I will be released to " run wild " , er uh, become more physical with bicycling and traveling, etc., that is, so it looks like this conference is back on my schedule. PLEASE HELP!!!! As a potential exhibitor, I simply cannot do this event alone. I DESPERATELY need YOU to volunteer!
