Guest guest
Hi Pam Yes I have had trouble sleeping since my myo, also through being uncomfortable. Normally I sleep on my front & of course I can't do that now. I usually fall asleep after midnight, sometimes not til 2am. When your well enough I would recommend a daily walk and try to increase the amount you walk each day-this will help with your mobility & may help to tire you out and help you sleep better. I've been avoiding caffeine, taking valerian tea and sometimes herbal sleeping tablets- Nytol- which help me quite a lot.
