Guest guest Posted May 28, 2004 Report Share Posted May 28, 2004 I'm looking at a myomectomy in August - I saw a new ob/gyn who according to my regular doc is a great surgeon. I liked his conservative approach and I did ask him if he did myos regularly (yes). Do you think I should go ahead and get another opinion from a RE? I'm 46 and not going to be having any more children, so fertility is not a concern for me. I did like this doctor and think I am comfortable having him do the surgery.
