Guest guest Posted June 23, 2004 Report Share Posted June 23, 2004 Hi all, I have heard a few of you talk about your fibroids making your periods closer together and more heavy. I am in the opposite boat. I have never been irregular (okay, once), and now for the last 2 months my periods have been > 50 days apart!!!!! I have taken 2 drug store preg. tests (negative). And my periods have been getting lighter but longer (9 days). My fibroids are huge, too. Just like many other women have mentioned--almost up to the rib cage. And I shouldn't be going through menopause--I'm 28!!!!!! What is going on!!!! Has anyone else had this experience? The biggest pain in my --- is that I moved, had to switch doctors, and I had to wait 7 weeks to get an appointment to see my PCP. I have an appointment on Monday, thankfully. You better believe that I'll get on her case about this. I hate these darn fibroids. They make me so anxious!
