I am writing again to see if any of the people who signed up and/or rsvp'd for the DC-area meetup would be willing to meet even if the MeetUp website " cancels " it due to low turnout? I am more than willing to get together, even if there are only three of us. I have not heard from any of the others who also confirmed, so I just wanted to extend the offer again. Please email me at rika23 @ excite. com (minus the spaces) if you would like to meet on Saturday even if the turnout is smaller. I think it would be nice to get something going, even if it is just a little teeny something. Maybe just getting together, having a warm (or cool) beverage, and getting to know each other would be a nice start? Anyhow, email me, please, and let me know if you would be interested in doing this this Saturday, come hell or high water -- okay, that's a bit of a melodramatic image.
