Well, how nice that the investors in this drug can file a class action

lawsuit...now, what about the patients?

Adolor Corporation

class action has been commenced on behalf of an institutional investor

in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of

Pennsylvania on behalf of purchasers of Adolor Corporation ( " Adolor " )

(Nasdaq:ADLR) common stock during the period between September 23,

2003 and January 14, 2004 (the " Class Period " ).
