I'm having my myo in 10 days. A friend of mine who had the surgery

told me that she used a maternity belt to help support her stomach

afterwards and it helped her immensely. Did anyone here use one after

their surgery? Where do I get one?

I didn't use one after my myo b/c I didn't know about

them. But I did just use one after my c-section 3

weeks ago and it helped a lot. I had to take it off

once in a while b/c sometimes it would hurt around the

incision. But it really helped keep things held up so

it didn't hurt as much when I walked around. You can

get them at a maternity store. I got mine from

Motherhood.
