Guest guest
" The Art of Happiness " by the Dalai Lama. Most helpful book I've ever read to counteract depression. >>> jackie@... 02/26/04 12:55PM >>> I have a close friend who is 51 yrs old and trying to cope with mild depression. She said the main factor is the realization that she is over the hill. Everywhere she looked, people are young and gorgeous. She doesn't look shabby herself, has black belt in Karate, looks 10 yrs than her age, married to a very decent man and has two fine sons. I want to buy her a gift to cheer her up. A book or gift basket, or both. If anyone knows of a book that I should get, I will be very grateful if you could recommend one. As for a gift basket, I am thinking of checking at a health food store. Thank you, Jackie
