Necrosis? Fibroid Degeneration?

Hi Ladies-

Is necrosis of fibroids a good or bad thing and what

kinds of symptoms can be expected, occur, when this

happens? I am post menopausal and my fibroids seem to

be expanding and pressing on things more. And there is

a liquifying. Is that what fibroid degeneration is

about? Is this what happens as they move toward death?

Hi. I am 43 and had a UFE 7 weeks ago. For about 2 weeks, I've

had a nasty discharge and have been expelling small pieces. I was

worried about all this but have been told it's " dead fibroid tissue "

and is a good thing. The discharge is light pale pinkish. don't

know if this helps and this may be different than being post

menapausal and them dying themselves. Jen
