If fertility is not an issue for you check into Uterine Artery Embolization. Put Myomectomy and Uterine Artery Emobolization into a Google search and you will fine there is a lot of information on the web about both. Hope you find what works best for you. You don't have to have a hysterectomy if it is not your choice. There is another yahoo board of women who have had Uterine Artery Embolization if you would like to read posts of others who have had that procedure.
