Guest guest
Hi all, Two+ weeks post-myo, my surgeon states I still have to 'refrain from sexual relations' for another two weeks. Here's my questions, to those who may know: what element of sex are we actually having to refrain from---Insertion, and/or pressure on abdominal, and/or orgasm? I asked the surgeon's nurse, who seemed to think any stimulation leading to orgasm should be avoided, due to uterine contractions which strain the uterus. Is this how other people understand the sex restriction, also? No orgasm for a month, no bath for a month, basically no exercize for a month, still having to depend on folks to lift things-- how bleak! No wonder I'm eating more chocolate and struggle with feeling a bit down! ***** Look for the good and praise it! ***** R.--SF
