Marissa,

I just had surgery with Dr. West and absolutely adored him. I had two very

large fibroids, 12 cm. approximately and a number of smaller ones, 20 in all.

Dr. West's fee was $12,000.00 and he requires you to put down 30% while they

push the insurance company for the balance. Dr. West is not on any of the

insurance company's lists so I believe the 30% requirement is universal with his

office. Naturally, you are responsible for what the insurance company doesn't

pay. , at Dr. West's office is very helpful with the insurance questions

and can give you a good idea as to what your company will pay. I can only say

that whatever monies I had to put out were well worth it as he did a fabulous

job. It will be three weeks tomorrow for me, and I actually went back to work

1/2 day today. I'm tired now, but felt great at work.
