Anyone???

Problem: Bleeding half way cycle when I don't usually have

bleeding problems. Why is this happening, what should I do and

should I worry?

Here's some more information that may or may not be relevant:

(The ultrasound report of March 2003 gave the following

measurements, types and positions.) I had an abdominal

myomectomy in August last year. The surgeon removed a fibroid

mass (that was 62mmx61mmx53mm) arising from the right

aspect of the uterus. He left in 'at least one' small intra mural

fiboid (of 14mm) present in the anterior wall. The endomerial

thickness was in March 2003, within normal limits and regular

appearance. The ovarian cyst (multi septated thin walled right

ovary anechoic cyst) was found to have disappeared by itself

when I was cut open.

My periods have always been regular and normal. Heavy

bleeding was not one of my fibroid symptoms.

I am half-heartedly, warily taking iron tablets.

My last period was 5 days late and this unexpected bleeding

started on day 13 (sunday 7th March and continues)

I haven't been on any exotic far flung foreign holidays (Unless

you count a dentist's appointment and filling in Basingstoke :-)

I am under no more stress than the usual stresses I've had for

the past year and a half with fibroids.

POP again, since around Nov or Dec of 2003 and no problems.

No antibiotics except whatever they put in our supermarket

foods.

Dr Roma?.... Anyone?

Aztek
