Guest guest
The bleeding stopped later last night and other than feeling very tired this morning I'm doing fine now. My acupuncturist noticed in my pulses (for those of you who have had acupuncture you will understand what he is referring to) were weak in the blood meridian. He gave me a light treatment today, not doing too much movement. He has me off my herbs for a few days since they are blood movers and there is a chance they contributed to the bleeding. He told me to eat warm, easy to digest foods today, to help my body build back strength. I took extra iron this morning as well as 500 mg of Vit C.
