Guest guest
I was diagnosed with Fibroids in 2000 while having a sonagram. I have been symptoms free. Yesterday I started have bleeding even though my period was over just 2 weeks ago. The bleeding is minimal but is lighter in color and somewhat mucus. Could this be related to my fibroids? I last saw my ob/gyn in September and everything was fine. She is taking a wait and see approach to my fibroids. I am just wondering if anyone has had similar bleeding and if I should be worried. I am going to give her a call tommorrow.
Guest guest
To jzeponni: Yes this bleeding could be due to the fibroids. I myself had the same thing. My periods would sometimes come 2 weeks apart and last for 10 to 14 days. Then I'd get another one. You should probably go to the gyn and see what they say and possibly have an ultrasound. Guest guest
When I went for Ultrasound last year i was told the fibroid is inside at the top of my uterus. I am about to go for another Ultrasound and more specific tests to get more information.
