Guest guest
a, You are having a very normal fear that has crossed all of our minds that have had surgery. I wish I could say something to calm your fears. But I only can say that I have been under anesthesia a few times and I am still alive! Have you ever had any form of anesthesia before? The doctors gave me a little shot of Verced (spelling) in the pre-op room to calm my nerves. It immediately knocked me out. I don't even remember getting rolled into the OR. Maybe you can talk to your doc about this. Mine called it a pre-op cocktail? That was a joke but it really calmed me down to the point of sleep. I hope you will come to terms with your fears. Because I can speak from my experience that the removal of these fibroids was the best decision I ever made. I wish you the best.
