Guest guest
Hi , I am new to this group. I read you question to Debbie and I am in the same situation. Do you live in Toronto because I was wondering if you could recommend a gyno. Did your Dr. say you can still have children? What alternatives to surgery have you found successful? Take care, " Mothepu, (C.M.) " cmothepu@...> wrote: Dear Debbie, I am 29 year old. I have just joined the uterinefibroids group. I learned in 2003 that I had a fibroid, but my doctor advised against surgery as the fibroid was small and I would still like to have children. Recently I started having a lot of abdominal pain. Personally I prefer alternative medice to surgery. I tried accessing the " healing fromfibroidsnaturallygroup' on the website without success. What am i missing? Regards, ! Guest guest
Hello , I live in South Africa so I can't recommend Dr in your area. My doctor said she does not recommend doing surgery becuase the fibroid might recurr. I should rather wait until I have had children, then consider removing the whole uterus when I reach 40, if it becomes too big and unbearable. I am still doing research on alternatives: heard about the magnetic solution, don't know if it works. I solved our link problem, type http://groups.yahoo.com/group/healingfromfibroidsnaturally http://groups.yahoo.com/group/healingfromfibroidsnaturally> then you will be able to join the group. Good luck, !
