Guest guest
Roma, And any others who so kindly responded. I spoke to the OBGYN today about the ultrasound report (or lack there of). Basically he said I do have a very tiny 1/3 of a cm (I think) fibroid in the lower uterine segment. I asked him if he thinks that is a bad place if I am trying to get pregnant. He said " not really " Because the last time I was pg I had 6 large fibroids crowding my uterus and this is only one tiny one and if it does not grow too big it will not cause any problems in his opinion. I worried because if it is in the lower part near the cervix could it cause preterm labor. He does not think so due to it's size. So he said I should not worry and go ahead and ttc. He said everything else looks normal ie., ovaries, tubes, etc. I still plan on bringing this report and my whole medical history pre and post fibroids to my new OB in June. But I was glad to hear from this current one that there should not be any problems with this small fibroid and where it is located. Thanks again for listening and your input
