I would be interested to know:

How long have you been in menopause?

Since menopause officially doesn’t begin until you’ve haven’t had a period

for a full year -- maybe the question should be – how long has it been

since your last period?

Also, are you doing any type of HRT – or have you been on any type of HRT or

hormones????
