So what's so wrong about " just dessert " ? lol

Maybe Dr Herbert Goldfarb would be good for a consult?

He is in your area. I have no personal knowledge about

him, other than a very interesting website that gives

the impression of a skilled surgeon. He specialises in

myomectomies involving large fibroids.
