Guest guest
Hi Although you can have posts from this site sent direct to your email account, there are so many posts per week that you may find it easier to add this website to your list of favourites and view posts by visiting the site instead. From the site itsel you should be able to check how many replies your post has had. however if the title is changed in the reply you may not spot it! A lot of the fibroid sites like this one have good links sections and message archives with keyword searches. There are various possible treatments for fibroids of the uterus and one of the options is to not treat them at all, but that isn't always the best thing. There are pros and cons to all these, of course. If you might possibly want children in the future, tell the gynaecologist before treatment. Here are some things to take a look at: http://www.fibroidsecondopinion.com/ Web search Dr. Indman too. There's other books and websites we can recommend. Public Libraries can be useful for books on women's health, nutrition, fibroids and gynaecology. On Amazon, have a look at such books as 'Goodwin, Broder and Drum " What your doctor may not tell you about fibroids....ones that discuss various fibroids issues in a common sense, factual way. I had an abdominal myomectomy to preserve fertility. Another option you'll often hear mentioned on the forums is the UAE, (uterine artery embolisaton).
