Guest guest
Then what about Japanese women who have lower fibroid rate? Soy is a huge part of their diet. I believe that they grow due several factors as *genetic *Food full of hormones and weakened liver tahtcan't process it *stress > a little irony to share: most " natural/vegetarian " diets have soy as > a prominent component. > > There is some degree of evidence that soy impacts hormone production > (increasing it), which may actually increase the likelihood of fibroid > growth. > > S >

" Soy is a huge part of their diet. " is an unsubstantiated statement that I would like to know more about, as I haven't any direct knowledge of this cultural phenomenon of consumption of soy in the U.S. in HUGE quantities for any given race. Can you share where you've read or learned of this information? Also, if there's a specific association of soy consumption to fibroids, could you share that source of information? As for Japanese women native to Japan...well, it's my understanding there is quite a huge fibroid problem there. *Radiation* has gone a loooonnnnnngggggg ways towards potentially contributing to that, as well.....
