Knowing Dr Z I would venture to say no. He may tell you to go to your PCP and request this lab work. He did my myo back in September 2003. In three words I LOVE HIM! But a P.S. to that would be....he has a bit of a gruff exterior and is very direct and to the point. He has over 21 years of experience with fibroids and if anyone can repair your uterus after removing these invaders it is him. If you can tolerate his direct manner, he will answer all of your questions one after the other as you ask them. He will also listen to what ever questions you have. I highly recommend him and would go back to him in a heart beat. By the way, he was listed recently in Chicago Magazine's top 100 doctors list.
