Guest guest
In the book of Christiane Northrop -The wisdom of Menopause, on page 234 bottom, she mentions taking Magnesium upto a 1000 mg.as often as every 2 hours ,a 100 mg at a time for menstural pain. Also similarly she talks about this on page 245. I started doing it, and cutting all dairy foods, and I find a big improvement in my heavy bleeding. I also take birth control pills. A week before my period and during my period, that is for 2 wks out of the month, I take magnesium,, as i described above. The remainder of the month, I take only 400-450 mg. In case i have spotting , I take more on that day. for the last 3 cycles it's been working great. The above auther also recommends to take B complex vitamin. I take a multiple with it. Try it, good luck. Let me know if any of you had tried it. All the best to all of u, Annie, NY If u have any questions, write to my other e-mail Themotek@ aol.com, 'cause i dont check in here daily. :-)
