I have also been dealing with a major family crisis that I just found out two days afer diagnosis......nothing that will affect me in a negative way but will involve my time, energy and due diligence. Funny how things happen all at once. I am feeling better but not sleeping that great and am expecting my first period since finding out about the fibroid. One good thing is: I am going to take it easy on my really heavy days and tell the family " doctors orders " even though he didn't really say that.
