Went to the Doc today although the had said we would

do my next check up (my 2nd post myo exam)after my

period (which despite being three months post myo has

not arrived)

Good news:

No bleeding since Jan22

Uterus is now the size of an egg (verses my former

baby watermelon)

Can go back to work for now

Blood pressure is down to 143/73

Incision looks good

Bad news:

still no period(eleven doses of Lupron may have caused

meopause) did bloodwork to see

nothing to be done about back pain except Physical

Therapy

adhesions to bladder and intestines are likely(I know

this was a given due to last surgery encasing the

uterus but still hoped there'd be none this time)

Things that made me go hmmmm:

As a person testing aspronil he wouldn't talk to me

about any possible medications (even RU486) for if and

when the fibroids return

He said I didn't need a MRI

He said I couldn't go on birthcontrol pills (avoiding

estrogen)

He said I should have a strong talk with the OB/GYN

who prescribed the other RE

This will likely be our last appointment unless my

blood workup comes back strange or the Provera he

prescribed does not start my period.
