Guest guest Posted February 27, 2004 Report Share Posted February 27, 2004 Hi all, I had my myomectomy on 1/21/04. I am doing very well. And in fact I had my period this week from Monday to Friday without too much pain. let me say after over a year of periods that lasted 18 days....wow...what a break this month was. BUT here is the thing. I still get tired very easily. I tried " visiting " work today for 2 hours and I felt really wiped out. I feel like it has been too long already that I have been home (5 1/2weeks). I feel like I should have a lot more stamina than I do and I should be able to return to work without problems. I am to return to work next week and feel like it will wipe me out. So how was it for others getting back to work? How did you feel? How long did it take? I have to say I was in great shape going into surgery, I worked out 4 days a week and jogged often. But I am so tired still.....please let me know your experience.
