Abdominal and Pelvis Sonograms

hello ladies...i need your help...i went to my dr yesterday and she

let me have an abdominal and pelvis sonogram because i have

fibroids...what i am wondering about is why did she let me have a

abdominal and pelvis sonogram...usually i have just an pelvis

sonogram...i just started menopause...i am 54 yrs old and i

understood that when you enter menopause the fibroids are suppose to

shrink...what could be the reason she is having my pelvis and abdomen

examined...pls try to answer because i am very worried about the test

and also i have recently been having trouble going to the bathroom i

have been constipated and i think it is due to the fibroids...pls let
