Most of us experienced some cramping and fatigue for about 2-4 weeks post-op. Most of us felt gradually better (cramps lessening and energy levels improving) to the point of no cramps and 100% energy. In my case the cramps took about 3 weeks to go away totally, and my energy level was at about 90% within 2 weeks. I went back to the gym on day 5 after my procedure, but not everyone is feeling well enough to do that.
