Hi ladies (and any men),

I have a 7 cm fibroid that I was diagnosed with about 6 mths ago.

For the most part I have not had any issues with it to speak of. I

have only the one that I know of, even after having a laparoscopy,

my Gyn didn't find any others. My question is about UTI's... I have

been dealing with a UTI for about a week now, most of it is gone,

but when I pee, right when my bladder is just about empty, I feel

some pain burning. I was wondering if the fibroid could be pushing

on my bladder and causing these problems. I dont think it has grown,

but the last Ultrasound I have had was 5 mths ago, and had the lap

surgery on the 24th of march, which the fibroid could be seen, but

was not measured. Anyways...Has anyone ever had bladder problems

because of a fibroid pushing on it? BTW, My fibroid is as I said,

7cm. It is located on the outside of my uterus, on the top. Thanks

Dear Kris,

I have not had any procedures done, I am just dealing with my problem as is

until I find a doctor. In response to your discomfort, I have the same

symptoms, in fact I find the symptoms increase if I sit for too long.
