Guest guest Posted February 16, 2004 Report Share Posted February 16, 2004 Sonja, your doctor probably told you a Cesarean section was necessary not only because you had a myomectomy, but because you had a myo that involved cutting into your uterine wall substantially. Some doctors believe that a Cesarean section is not necessary if they don't need to cut into the uterine wall much.
