Hi...Seeking endomitrial ablation experiences

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this site, and also new to the many options facing me

about my fibroids. I have 2. One on the outside wall, and one in the wall of

the uterus. The one in the wall is causing me constant blood loss. I've tried

several birth control pills, but unfortunately, they don't hold back the

bleeding from the intramural fibroid. My doctor is thinking of doing an

endometrial ablation. We would like to avoid a hyterectomy if possible. My

question is...has anyone had this procedure done? Can you explain to me your

experiences? What was your recuperation like? And in your opinion, was it a

success?

My hope is that it will stop the bleeding and save the uterus without too much

pain and down time. Thank you for your responses.
