Lee. Excellent book! I learned a lot from it. Very

informative talking about the hormonal imbalance women go through in

their perimenapausal phase due to estrogen dominance. I got this

book when I initially got diagosed with fibroids. Seemed to be

great for 2 years, i made diet changes as recommended in the book,

used the recommended progesterone cream to balance hormones, which

seemed to work, although fibroid did grow anyway, and at 10cm, I had

hemmorageing periods which led me to get a UFE on 1/30. Anyway,

hopefully the book will give you some helpful suggestions. Good

You might want to look at Dr. Allan Warshowsky's book. I bought this

on the recommendation of my (integrative medicine) doctor. It was a

while ago now so I don't recall all the details, but he is not a

progesterone salesman. You might be able to find some messages here
