Guest guest
Hi, You can go to the state and ask for a investigation and to have the doc sanctioned. They can get fined, probation, lose hospital privileges or maybe lose their license but you don't get any money. My family did this for my Grandma who died from neglect while in the hospital. No lawyer would take the case because she was old and not " worth " any money. They said go to the state and the family did. The hospital and medical personnel were found guilty on several counts. They got fines, probation and fired. Just a thought. I'm from IN and know what you're talking about. Did you know IN is trying to lower the amount you can sue for and force you to arbitrate it beforehand? BEWARE! Don't let them pass this. Guest guest
Ku Hi That is the information I am waiting for from the state's attorney general's office. This isn't about money it is about the fact that my second myo Doc called what he did a " mess " and that the second Doc said that the amount of Lupron was too high, the incision was too high, the scar tissue was " extensive " , and then there is the placebo myomectomy when he said he took it out and HE DIDN'T. He is incompetent to preform this surgery on people with other than tiny fibroids(and I wouldn't trust him with them but that is my choice). And if I can help it he is not going to get the chance to kill someone with his mistakes, which is the only way the state of INDIANA will stop him it seems. He should not have used me for practice but when he realised he was out of his element if he had said we need to find you a more skilled Doctor THAT I WOULD have repected but he ran me around and wasn't honest and now I am in physical therapy for weak muscles. No if he has the opportunity to do this to someone else then I won't be the victim it will be partially my fault. (I made this mistake with another Doctor 13 years ago here in IN. I didn't try to stop him because I was so sad at the fact my hand would never heal. A couple of years later I met a woman in a video store talking about the suffering her dad was going through with her friend. When she said the name of the Doctor I was horrified. He had damaged this man's nerves too and he might be also permanently injured. I showed the woman my hand and said this was his work and maybe they should change Doctors. It was all I could do but it felt like it was partially my fault for not stopping him) . WHO DO YOU CONTACT? DO YOU REMEMBER THE FIRST STEP? PHONE NUMBERS ANYTHING? Thanks e
