I have a fibroid on the outside wall of my uterus and it is growing. I am on the 12th day of a marathon period that seem like it will never stop! Heavy bleeding and flooding , no pain just inconvenient. I saw the doc the other day and he wanted to give me hormones to stop it. I resisted and said I wanted to just wait and see if it will stop on it's own. What is your experience with this? Anyone have similar experience? Has anyone looked into holistic help in any way? I did search the archives using the word holisic and homeopathic but nothing came up. Are the naturally sourced progesterones any safer than the chemical? A friend suggested progesterone cream that you rub on your skin and it is absorbed that way. Anyway any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
