Date and Time for May Meetup

(okay, minor vent before I get to the point of this message: for the

umpteenth time, I have gone to post my message and stupidly hit

the " post " link on the navigation bar instead of scrolling down to

the " submit " button at the bottom of this screen, so I have lost the

entire text of my message and had to retype the whole blankety-blank

thing! Argh! One of these days I will learn... hopefully before a

chimp does :-) )

Please don't let the above stop you from coming to the next meeting

of DC-area women with fibroids!! We are meeting on Saturday, May

22nd at 4:30 p.m. The place is the and Noble on Clarendon

Drive in Arlington, VA. It's fairly easy to get to, although parking

can be a bit of a challenge. I have posted a message as well on the

message board on the Meetup site. That message board is a good place

to send messages to other women with fibroids, and to just check in

with the status of our group. Here is the link for that board

There is no group " leader " (all I do is send out emails and

reminders), and there is no set agenda, so come ready to discuss

whatever fibroidal thing is on your mind. Perhaps use the message

board on the meetup site to propose different topics, or pose

questions specifically related to our meetup?

hope to see some familiar faces as well as some new ones on Saturday

the 22nd! Come join the gathering, and come meetup!

Oh, and if you see a chimpanzee hanging out at the and Noble,

you will know that all hope has been lost, and I have been

replaced.
