How to prevent fibroids after myo

Dear friends,

I joined the group a short time ago, but it was very helpful for me before the

operation.

I had my myo last week, and I'm still recovering. I'd like some advice

concerning the prevention of new fibroids. Can anyone who has had the myo tell

us how to behave in order to prevent the formation of new fibroids.

Hi Nina,

I wish I knew a solution for prevention of regrowth of

fibroids. I had myo 8 months ago, and when I went for

a follow up last month the doctor told me that I have

a small fibroid. He said it's as small as a finger

tip. You can imagine how upset I was. I am due for

another follow up in September, and I have made

changes to my diet. I am eating more fiber-containing

food, I've cut out caffeine and dairy. There are so

many suggestions out there about preventing fibroids

including progesterone cream ( I have no intention of

trying that). I am curious to see if there will be any

changes by September.
