Medical records.... peeved and venting

Hello all,

I finally received my records from the original specialist dr.

(gyn/onc) who recommended hyst or cone biopsy and aside from a

useless biopsy procedure (fibroid in the way) during which I was

unconscious and can't speak for- every other page is a lie..just made

up conversations and mentions of prior procedures that never

happened. I'm furious.

Just venting I guess but why on earth would a highly respected

physician need to falsify conversations?

Of course in these records there is no mention of his wanting to

remove my healthy rt. ovary and possibly the left along w/ my uterus

which I originally consented to.

Hmmmm, The Dr., in my opinion, may

be a candidate for ...RISK MANAGEMENT
