Glad to be a Healthy Female - Thanks for Your Support

Hi Everyone,

I was the worry wart who posted about a month ago. Well I finally

got the results of my ultrasound and I do not have a large

grapefruit sized fibroid but an orange and another small (less than

1 cm) starting to grow. The orange has almost doubled in almost 3

years so I do not think that growth is significant.

As I do not have many symptoms, and still need to get a copy of the

report to see exactly what " type " of fibroids they are, I will just

watch and educate. My doctor didn't think that a UFE had yet been

performed in my City - but he has to be mistaken. I have asked for

a referral to a good gyno so I will await that appt.

I was just so glad to get all of my test results back and he said my

Iron level is excellent as I bleed quite heavily during my menses.

My thyroid is great, liver function great and chest x-ray came back

clear. I told him it was because of my vitamins - but he doesn't

believe in vitamins (said that they make expensive urine).

At this point I am happy to be a healthy 40 year old with fibroids

which I can handle at this point in time.

Thanks for all of your support while I nervously awaited my test

results.
