I have one in Germany right now (I founded a German group like this one) who sent me threatening email and whom I suspect of sending me viruses. He is a senior doctor at a University clinic. In fact he has sent a lot of email to the forum and to other doctors bad-mouthing the work that I and the other members of the German group to do support women. His take on it is that no-one has a right to advise women who hasn't done the surgery and acutally held a uterus in their hand. The fact that we actually walk round every day with these things inside us and deal day to day with the problems that fibroids cause do not count in his book. I don't want to worry anyone, I am sure that most doctors are honest and try to do their best. However there are some bad apples.
