I have seen Dr. Lyons here in Atlanta and like him very much. Thats who I will

be using come Sept. when I can change insurances so I dont have to pay out of

pocket to see him. He is a very consertivie dr.His # is His website

Tulsa (the best advice I've rec'd in 2 years!) as the

market in Tulsa doesn't have doctors who can remove

such a large tumor. Their only option is hysterectomy

which isn't an option for me.

My symptoms, which are frequent bathroom breaks & my

stomach sticks out. I have no pain whatsoever.

Unfortunately, this bathroom issue is affecting my

work, which requires travel. I'm always dehydrated

when I fly & based on upcoming travel, I will be in

all day conferences, which will be pretty tough for

me. I can either go to the bathroom alot during the

conference & miss alot of info, or not drink anything

the entire day & pass out from dehydration!

Hmm, I had posted a reply to this but it looks like it got lost in

cyberspace.

I recently moved to Atlanta and have a beeline on a good doc here.

The doc is part of a 3 sibling doc group that specializes in fibroids

and that have developed some cutting edge techniques in less invasive

surgery. A bb friend had a number removed by the doc in SF and she

was very pleased with her surgery. She was interested in having

children post surgery so surgerical expertise was a priority for

her. I plan on visiting this doc who is based here in Atlanta, Dr.

I had my abdonimal myo in October here in Atlanta. Dr. Sharon Bent-Harley was

my gynocologist/surgeon. She works out of Piedmont and Crawford Long Hospitals.

I had a good experience and follow-up care. Her office # is . Good
