Hi CArol,

I am in the same boat as you..My last period was in Feb, nothing in MArch,

previously last year i missed it for 2 months, Dec and Jan..

This scared me cause i knew i wasnt pregnant.

I went to see my Dr last week..he ran a whole slew of blood work and to see if

im ovulating, it sounds like you have a hormone problem.. You need to consult

with your Dr asap.

He said if my Bloodwork confrms it is a homonal issue he will put me on meds to

regulate my periods and then from there to acheive pregnancy.

Dont be alarmed but i would consult my Dr if i were you

Let me know how it goes

Thx

Hello Ladies,

And just what does the fibroid do to make AF from coming. And I'm not pregnant.

I am just lost about what to do and since my new insurance doesn't kick in until

May or June I am kinda stuck. Any information that anyone has would be most

helpful. TIA

Have you also ruled out changes in normal lifestyle, like stress,

travelling abroad on holiday, crash dieting and so forth?

It probably is just a 'just one of those things' glitch.

Another thought is medication such as a change of birth control.

I had surgery 12/16/03 and have not had a period yet. My doctotor did

an ultrasound and blood work. Have to go back next week for a repeat

to compare the results.

Hi Carol, Im going thru the same thing.

My periods skip a couple months here and there..My Dr. took a blood test and it

appears im not ovulating regualrly. :(

It also appears my Prolactin level is high as well..so when i go in for my

follow up he will give meds to regulate it.

You should have your hormone levels checked out..were your periods always

regular before?
