I tried something that worked wonderfully and I will suggest it to you. I also checked with the nurse prior to doing this and it was okayed. My husband bought some liquid vitamin E at the pharmacy and put it along the incision line with a q-tip or his finger. I did it with my finger when he was not home. Be sure to wash your hands first. It was cool relief!!!! If they don't have liquid vitamin E you can also use the capsules but you will have to break them open. Hope this will help!
