Has anyone tried Red Rasberry Leaf Tea for pain relief?

I have posted about this before and have not had any responses. I

must say that I swear by the stuff the week before my period is due.

A cup every other day seems to make a big difference in terms of

cramp discomfort/pain. I had learned that it is often taken by pg

women as it is supposed to help tone uterine muscles for childbirth.

The first time I tried it I noticed relief right away. One month I

took it every day and was shocked at the effect on my flow, very very

little. I scaled back my intake to once every other day the week

before my period is due. A few months ago I forgot to take it

because I was in the middle of a big move and BOY did I notice the

difference!
