Carla *************************** Jay Jay of Phoenix died February 4, 2004; he was 59 years old. Jay moved to Phoenix in 1974 from Philadelphia. Jay was an Obstetrician/Gynecologist. Jay was loved by his wife Joyce; daughters Jenna (Steffen Lipofsky), Jill ( Lefferman) and ; parents Fannie and ph; sisters Janice Zuckerman and Joan ; brother Jeffery ; and grandchildren Maia and Lefferman. Contributions can be made to the Jay M. Memorial Fund, which was established in Jay's memory to support his passions, including medical research, the arts and education. Jay M.
