Guest guest Posted January 27, 2004 Report Share Posted January 27, 2004 Hi, In the hands of a skilled myo surgeon, it would be extreamly rare, no 15-20%. I'd be asking about your doc's skill level. My RE has NEVER had to convert a myo to a hyst and he does a lot of myos. If your only 95% sure that you don't want kids, check into a skilled RE and leave your options open. You just never know what the future holds. Find a very skilled myo doc that does them all the time. It's just not about having kids. There are other negatives to consider with hysts too.
