Is hysteroscopic resection harder to perform than viginal myomectomy?

I have a few technical questions which would help me

choose the right doctor. I want to have hysteroscopic

resection done, but do I need to see an endoscopic

surgeon? And will the doctor need to perform

Operative hysteroscopy first?

What if a doctor has performed mostly viginal

myomectomy and is not an endoscopic surgeon? Does this

disqualified him from doing resection? Jacky

Hysteroscopic resection and vaginal myomectomy are the same thing.
