Sue, not to point out your constipation problem - lol - but 2 things which have

really helped me a lot are putting bran in my breakfast hot cereal (the rice

bran from the health food store only has 1 carbs in it that I use) - or you

might also try adding some good magnesium - most diabetics (and even

nondiabetics, especially women) are magnesium deficient. You probably know this

already, but I started taking " Be Calm " magnesium supplement about a month ago.

It is a powder - you mix it in hot water before bed and drink it. Puts me out

like a light, I sleep great and no longer have any constipation problems. Good

stuff. And of course, it is very good for more than just constipation (which

can be a sign of magnesium deficiency)
